Continuous partnership across every generation
A tattoo streetwear brand built for the long run
Wolfpack Clothing is a tattoo-inspired streetwear brand. Their range — hoodies, tees, hats, socks, accessories — is defined by a distinctive tattoo, nature, metal and art aesthetic.
When we started working together, they were a small operation selling locally. Today, their drops ship globally, their team appears at festivals like Brutal Assault and Rock im Park, and their gear is stocked in tattoo studios across Slovakia, Germany and France.
We've been the technical team behind every milestone — from the first storefront to the back-office tools that now run the whole operation.
A storefront that has to grow with the brand
A streetwear brand doesn't stand still. Drops change. Audiences shift. What worked at a few hundred orders a year breaks at thousands.
Wolfpack needed a partner who could keep the storefront fast and on-brand as design trends moved, handle international fulfillment — multi-carrier shipping, pickup points, localized checkout — without buckling, give the team back-office tools built for their workflow rather than generic SaaS limitations, and move quickly when a new collection or feature had to ship.
Off-the-shelf platforms hit walls. They needed a custom build.
A storefront, rebuilt three times — on purpose
Each rebuild was an upgrade, not a patch — new design language, new features, modernised stack to keep up with where streetwear e-commerce was going.
The current generation runs on a modern Next.js + tRPC + Prisma stack with multi-language support (SK / EN / DE), drop-based collection landing pages — Nightspawn, Black Mind, Black Lotus, Frozen Wilds — and product pages built around the brand's tattoo art.
A custom back office and worldwide shipping infrastructure
No plugins. No compromises. The back office is built for how Wolfpack runs the business: product management for drops, variants, inventory, media and multi-language content; order management from checkout to shipping label, worldwide; statistics the team uses to make decisions; and customer and content management for reviews, newsletter and support documents.
Shipping is wired through Packeta and Slovak Post with pickup-point selectors, plus BaliBOX for additional carrier coverage and free worldwide shipping logic over €120. Checkout supports Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and GiroPay — tuned over years of iteration on real customer behavior.
€200K+ a year, shipping worldwide
€200K+ in annual revenue runs through the platform. The customer base is global — verified reviews from Germany, France, the UK, the US, Canada, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy and more. Three platform generations have each handed off without disrupting trade.
The Wolfpack team runs the business themselves on tools we built for them, with a presence beyond the web — live at major European festivals (Rock im Park, Rock For People, Brutal Assault, FajtFest) and stocked in partner shops across SK, DE and FR.
Each rebuild has landed cleaner than the last because we weren't starting from scratch — we were building on what we'd already learned about the brand, the audience and the business.
